I just catered a 50th Wedding anniversary party on Saturday. They have 2 children, both married. When they did the “program” part of the party I was honored to see their children rise up and call them blessed! They spoke of their parents presenting Christ through all they did as a couple, individuals and a family~ with lots of love and a TON of humor! Both children spoke of their parents marriage as the foundation on which their own marriages built. That is what I aspire to hear from my own children some day… we are almost 1/2 way there

My husband’s grandparents have been married 76 years! Isn’t that amazing?

That video was awesome! Thanks for sharing. I can’t really think of any 50 plus years folks, but I am happy to say that my mom and dad have been married 37 years and so have Joe’s parents! It’s not quite remarkable yet, but they are on their way.
